  • AI Inputs: Voice samples, images, or text prompts provided for generation.

  • Automation Data: Information processed through n8n workflows (e.g., lead data, CRM entries).

  • Service Delivery: To provide branding services, generate AI voice/image/video content, and maintain your Gekeep platform access.

  • AI Training & Optimisation: To improve the accuracy and response quality of your custom AI Chatbots and automation workflows.

  • Operational Support: To update you on service status, provide customer support, and process transactions through authorised agents (Toyyibpay or PayPal).

  • Security: To verify financial transactions, audit data downloads, and identify visitors to prevent unauthorised access.

  • Marketing: To send relevant product information or newsletters, provided you have consented to receive such communications.

We ensure that all information collected is safely stored by:
